In Hinduism, the Shukla Ashtami of every month is celebrated as Masik Durga Ashtami, a day dedicated to Goddess Durga. Kaal Bhairav, a fierce form of Lord Shiva, is revered as the deity of time. The name "Bhairav" means "the one who destroys fear." Worshipping Kaal Bhairav on Durga Ashtami is believed to provide liberation from fear, uncertainty, and negative energies, making this day exceptionally fruitful for his worship. Just as Kaal Bhairav represents Lord Shiva's fierce aspect, Lord Hanuman is also considered a manifestation of Shiva. Renowned as the devoted servant of Lord Ram and "Sankat Mochan" (remover of obstacles), Lord Hanuman symbolizes strength, devotion, and protection. According to the Valmiki Ramayana, when Lakshman was rendered unconscious in battle, Hanuman brought the Sanjeevani booti and defeated the demon Kalnemi sent by Ravana. This act earned him the title of "Sankat Mochan," the one who rescues devotees from all crises. This Durga Ashtami, a special Shatru Nashak Combo Puja and Yagya will be organized in the holy city of Ujjain.
