The Bagalamukhi-Pratyangira Kavach comprises a series of powerful verses and mantras dedicated to invoking the blessings and protection of Goddess Baglamukhi and Goddess Pratyangira. These mantras are mentioned in ancient scriptures and are believed to provide the devotee with strength, courage, and protection against enemies. Chanting this Kavach along with 1,25,000 Bagalamukhi Mool Mantra Jaap and performing a Havan is considered highly beneficial. Therefore, on the auspicious occasion of Kalashtami, a divine and grand ritual will be organised, where 25 experienced Brahmans will perform the puja following special Vedic rituals. Each Brahman will chant 5,000 sacred mantras, creating a resonating atmosphere with the powerful vibrations of 1,25,000 mantras in total. Kalashtami is dedicated to the fierce forms of the deities.
