Kalashtami Tantrapeeth Special 1008 Gudhal Pushp (Hibiscus) Yantra Abhishek and Maa Kali Tantra Yukta Yagya for Courage and Strength to Conquer Fear

Kali is the Hindu goddess of death and time. According to the scriptures, Maa Bhagwati assumed a fierce form to vanquish demons, a form known as Maa Kali. Worshipping Maa Kali liberates a person from all fears and troubles. To please Maa Kali, the worship of Kali Yantra is a highly effective remedy. Performing Abhishek of this Yantra destroys obstacles and helps in defeating enemies. The scriptures state that the Gudhal Pushp (Hibiscus) is very dear to Maa Kali. Without this flower, the worship of Maa Kali is incomplete. Devotees who worship Maa Kali with red hibiscus flowers make the Goddess very pleased. Performing an abhishek of the Kali Yantra with hibiscus flowers greatly pleases Maa Kali and she blesses her devotees with courage and strength to conquer fear.

Performing Maa Kali Tantra Yukta Yagya along with Gudhal Pushp (Hibiscus) Yantra Abhishek is considered highly auspicious. On the other hand, Kalashtami is a special day dedicated to Lord Bhairav, the fierce form of Lord Shiva. Maa Kali's puja holds special significance on this day because Maa Kali is also a fierce and powerful form of Shakti. Therefore, the 1008 Gudhal Pushp (Hibiscus) Yantra Abhishek and Maa Kali Tantra Yukta Yagya will be organised on the auspicious day of Kalashtami. Participate in this puja through Sri Mandir and receive divine blessings from Maa Kali.

Kalimath Temple,Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand
Kalimath Temple is situated in Rudraprayag district, around 25 kilometres from the town of Guptkashi. The temple is dedicated to Maa Kali, who is revered as a fierce deity that destroys evil forces and protects her devotees. It is the only place where Maa Kali is situated along with her sisters Mata Lakshmi and Maa Saraswati. There is a divine rock at a height of eight kilometres from this temple. This Sheela is known as Kalishila. It is believed that at this place, Goddesses troubled by Shumbha-Nishumbha and Raktabija demons had done penance to Maa Bhagwati.

Maa Bhagwati then appeared in Kalishila as a 12-year-old girl, Kalishila has 64 instruments of deities. Hearing about the terror of the Asuras, the mother’s body turned black with anger and she took a form of rage. Mother killed both the demons in the war. The mother was empowered by these 64 instruments. The most interesting thing about the Kalimath Mandir is that it does not have any idols. The Kalimath temple has a kund, which is covered with silver board / Sri yantra. Devotees worship the Kunda inside the temple, it is only opened on the Ashtami during the whole year in the Shardiya Navratras. The divine goddess is taken out and worship is also done only at midnight, then only the chief priests are present.
