Kali Chaudas Three Siddhapeeth Special Maa Kali Tantrokta Yagya and Rudra Kali Tandav Stotra Path For Fierce Protection from Misfortunes, Evil Forces and Negativity

In Sanatan Dharma, Kali Chaudas holds great significance. Every year, it is celebrated on the Chaturdashi tithi of the Krishna Paksha of Kartik month. It is also known as Choti Diwali and Naraka Chaturdashi. This day is dedicated to Maa Kali, and worshipping her on this day is considered auspicious. It is said that Maa Kali is easily pleased through worship on Kali Chaudas. According to legend, there was a powerful demon named Raktabeej who had been granted a boon that every drop of his blood would give birth to a new demon. The gods were unable to defeat him because whenever he was wounded, new demons would be born from the blood that fell to the ground. This made it nearly impossible to defeat Raktabeej. To end this crisis, Maa Kali appeared and spread her tongue across the battlefield, preventing any blood from touching the ground. In this way, she stopped Raktabeej from regenerating and defeated him. It is believed that Maa Kali is the destroyer of evil forces and negative energies. It is said that by worshipping Maa Kali, devotees receive divine protection from her. Therefore, on Kali Chaudas, devotees perform various rituals to please Maa Kali, including Maa Kali Tantrokta Yagya and Rudra Kali Tandav Stotra Path.

Maa Kali Tantrokta Yagya is a fire ritual in which offerings are made to the sacred fire while chanting mantras dedicated to Maa Kali. On the other hand, the Rudra Kali Tandav Stotra Path is a recitation in praise of the fierce and powerful form of Maa Kali. It is believed that performing this puja on Kali Chaudas brings divine blessings from the Goddess. Furthermore, if this puja is conducted at a Shaktipeeth, it is considered to be many times more fruitful. Therefore, for the first time, on the auspicious occasion of Kali Chaudas, the Maa Kali Tantrokta Yagya and Rudra Kali Tandav Stotra Path will be organised at the three largest Siddhapeeths in the country.

Shaktipeeth Kalighat Temple: This Shaktipeeth, located in Kolkata, is the largest temple dedicated to Maa Kali. It is believed that the right toe of Goddess Sati fell at this place. This is one of the most renowned temples for pleasing Maa Kali, as the fierce form of the goddess is enshrined here.

Tantrapeeth Kalimath Temple: According to beliefs, at the Tantrapeeth Kalimath Temple in Rudraprayag, Maa Kali is present in the form of an awakened Yantra. As mentioned in the Devi Bhagavata and Durga Saptashati, after slaying demons like Raktabeej and Shumbha-Nishumbha, Goddess Bhagwati arrived at this very place in her Mahakali form. It is believed that worshipping here quickly pleases Maa Kali.

Shaktipeeth Maa Tarapith Temple: The Shaktipeeth Maa Tarapith Temple is located in Birbhum, West Bengal. This Temple is one of the 51 sacred Shaktipeeths. It is said that the eyeball of Goddess Sati fell at this place. In Bengali, the eyeball is called "Tara," which is how the place got its name, Tarapith. Here, Maa Kali is enshrined in her other form, Goddess Tara.

Therefore, through Sri Mandir, participate in the Maa Kali Tantrokta Yagya and Rudra Kali Tandav Stotra Path at these three sacred Siddhapeeths on the auspicious occasion of Kali Chaudas, and receive the blessings of Maa Kali for protection against misfortune, evil forces, and negativity.

The divine goddess is taken out and worship is also done only at midnight, then only the chief priests are present.

Shaktipeeth Maa Tarapith Temple: According to ancient stories, the origin of Maa Tara occurred at the time when poison emerged during the Samundra Manthan, and Lord Shiva consumed it. This act rendered him unconscious and left him in a perilous state. It was during this critical juncture that Maa Kali emerged as Maa Tara and breastfed Lord Shiva, which then calmed the burning sensation in his body. Maa Tara is considered to be another form of Maa Kali. Maa Tarapith Temple dedicated to Maa Tara is Located in West Bengal’s Birbhum district. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, described as being seats of divine feminine power or Shakti. Some stories purport that the third eye or the eyeball of Sati had fallen here.
